Pickup Orders: The Pick Up(For Local Orders) selection during checkout is ONLY for pre-authorized local orders and not for normal shipping. If an order is placed and Pick up is selected we will contact the customer via email or phone and have a shipping method selected. We will then cancel the current invoice and re-submit the revised invoice with the shipping included.
All in stock orders will be shipped on the next business day after the purchase has been completed. Backordered items will be shipped when they arrive. If an order is placed on the weekend the order will be shipped by Tuesday at the latest, if in stock.
Our preferred shipping method is USPS Priority. We also use UPS as a shipping solution. USPS Priority is very reliable and usually takes 2 to 3 days ship time, depending on location. A tracking# will be sent by email when the order ships. You may also log in to your account and view the order status. If you do not choose insured shipping or signature confirmation and the items does not get delivered you will NOT receive a refund or credit.
Due to stricter credit card rules all orders are shipped to the address on record with the credit card issuing company. All orders paid with Paypal will only be shipped to a confirmed address, NO EXCEPTIONS.
International Orders: International orders are shipped by best method, except to US Armed Forces locations which are shipped USPS. All international customers are responsible for any taxes, customs duties or other fees associated with the package. We have no control over how the package is treated at the receiving countries customs. Items can be stolen, confiscated, or damaged in customs. Therefore, the customer assumes all responsiblity for the item.
Refunds or Exchanges:
All defective or damaged merchandise will be accepted for refund or exchange. An RMA#(Return Authorization Number) must be obtained in order to receive credit. You may obtain an RMA# from returns@mcoutdoors.net.
You may return any item within 30 days after receipt of the merchandise. The date of receipt considered the start of the 30 day period and weekend days are counted. If after the 30 day period you want to return the merchandise there will be a 15% restocking fee. The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging in order to receive full credit.
All merchandise must be returned unopened in the original packaging for proper credit to be issued. Please make sure to write the RMA# clearly on the outside of the box.
Original & return shipping cost will be refunded only for defective or damaged goods. Any items return under the 30 day rule will only get the original shipping refunded, not the return shipping cost.
Backorders:
We try to make sure all items are in stock. However, there are times when an item becomes out of stock. There are some items we get from suppliers and we try to make sure we have real time status of all those items. If the item is purchased and becomes out of stock we will send you an email confirming the status and give the option to cancel the order or keep the order active pending shipment of the item. If the item is stated as out of stock on the website, it still may be ordered with the understanding the item will be shipped when available.
Infomation/Checkout Security:
We use the GeoTrust SSL encryption for your checkout transactions. You may click on the emblem on our website for verification. We do not share information with any party outside our company. Your shopping experience is safe with us.
Payments:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover cards & Paypal. We do not accept personal checks.
Paypal payments will be accepted from individuals with confirmed information. Shipment will only be made to confirmed addresses.
International Payments: Payments will only be be accepted is US currency through Paypal. You must have a confirmed address with no payment issues or strikes in the past. Virginia customers will be charged 5% sales tax.
